I have been immersed in the world of yoga for 10 years now. Over the past years, I've delved into various teacher training programs to refine my skills as a yoga teacher. I've completed a 75-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teachers Course (Moscow), 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teachers Course (Italy). Additionally, I've undertaken specialized training in designing class sequences (Moscow). Currently, I lead group yoga classes in Haifa, as well as online classes accessible to students worldwide.
